Cushion was ordered for an 87 year old woman who is confined to a wheelchair recovering from a fall. It worked great for a while, even though we had to refill the air quite often. Then it finally just would not hold air, no matter what we did. We followed all instructions carefully & was cautious not to puncture the cushion. The patient weights less than 150 pounds. I have contacted the seller, Better Living, but as yet have not received a reply. This is a lot of money to spend on a product that doesn't even last 3 months. Even worse than that, Better Living has not even replied to my request about refund or replacement. I can only assume that they don't care about customer satisfaction. I would not recommend purchasing from Better Living.
