Horrible product. Was covered with globs of hard glue that is impossible to remove without sanding. I ordered a replacement and it had the same problem. Both were returned. Yes I did oil it and applied it liberally. The oil is unable to penetrate through the hardened glue and the glue splotches are even more visible. See attached picture to see the patches of dried glue all over the board. Other reviewers are reporting the same issue. As you can see from my picture, compared to the amazon product picture, they've slightly changed the style as well.
