We bought this to go into one of the back rooms of the house, and it was over a month before we finally got it unboxed and setup. Setup was easy, the smart tv functions and integration to the Roku are excellent. The picture is a little soft in the contrast, but it was just a bit over $200 so this is an acceptable feature. However - when streaming movies from Amazon it will run anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour, then the sound cuts off, and perhaps 30 seconds later the picture freezes. It requires me to physically unplug the device to reset it. Because the entire purpose of the television is to stream movies from Amazon (and other Roku sources) and it can not do that consistently, this television is a waste of money. It does come with a 30 day warranty, however this does me no good because I did not even unbox it for a month. I've long since thrown out the packaging material, the external box, and it has been 60 days since I bought it - so I doubt it is worth the time and hassle to bother even attempting to return the item for another one (I am not the only person who has reported this "feature" on this set). Instead, I will consider this a $200 lesson in "not buying anything from TCL - and read the negative reviews FIRST". I'm sure I can put it in the alley by the trash cans and somebody will grab the thing - and I will buy something else that actually works. Maybe the next guy will read this review (along with several others) and choose to buy something else that will actually work.
