I have 2 other collars that are 5 years old and still work perfectly. after less than 3 months, this one does not work at all. My dog was easily trained with the collar, but not when it doesnt beep or shock, it is worthless. We have replaced the batteries every 2 weeks. It doesnt work at all now. I am going to have to go to the local farm store to buy another. NOT HAPPY!!!!! I was also VERY unhappy to discover that this cannot be replaced or returned after less than 3 months!! SAVE YOUR MONEY and BUY FROM AN AUTHORIZED DEALER!! Your dogs life depends on this collar-mine has gotten out into the road because we had no clue this thing was junk. They are great collars, but not from Amazon. My other 2 that I bought at Menards are over 5 years old and still work perfectly. This was a ripoff!! Once it is opened you cannot return, makes me think they know there are problems with what they are selling. Not the case with an authorized dealer!
