Dang it!!! The Charge 2 burned and I sent it back. Now this one here is just sitting in my lap with the cutest little band I bought for it and its just dead. I mean dead. It wont charge, it wont restart, it wont do anything. First I got it and the alarms were broken, well I figured out the pattern. The tech team set the timezones in the latest firmware to GMT so now I know I have to set my alarm 7hrs in the future for the alert to go off. I was happy about fixing that issue and I swear the minute I realized it. Looked down and its dead. No restart works, no touch works, no charging works. Its just gone. Im holding onto it like a little dead baby bird because not until my Charge 2 burned me I was so happy with it and I was expecting this one to be so much better. Its not, its a dud and I just dont understand how in the world they could allow such a faulty device to be released. Things like this can cause Fitbit to go out of business. Someone dropped the ball BIG TIME.
