Purchased four products in all from this company, called them to return the "floodlight" simply because it does not work. The rep stated go back to amazon to return there, I said I just want to switch to the spotlight model instead of a refund and she said "can't do that" - So there is $30 lost during these terrible economic times.. But the best thing is I learned NOT to buy from this EMSON company again, and I will pass this experience on to friends and family..
