I love this steam mop! Works so well on cleaning my tile but unfortunately this steam mop is not durable. In one yr I have had my steam mop replaced about 3 times. It starts off really great but around the 4 month mark it seems to begain to fail. The steam stops coming out at a steady pace, and takes about a min to start up again. Which made mopping the floors take twice as long. After a yr I gave up on the mop and decided to get the Bissell powerfresh lift off pet steam mop. And what do you KNOW this mop is already giving out on me again. The tank is leaking. I'm giving up on this brand. This brand is not DURABLE!!!
