I purchased this item before i had educated myself on what guinea pigs should eat. This has sugar, corn and dyes. All bad for guinea pigs and probably all other small critters. I'm glad my piggies wanted nothing to do with these! Bottom line- if a pet food is an unnatural color, i won't buy it. I only trust Oxbow brand food and treats. And my piggies love Oxbow products.
