The product came in with a broken control panel, a big hole on it. This is fine because this thing happens. What bothers me is this, it is apparent that this package has been opened before and resealed. It is obvious that some one returned this defective product and the seller decided to sell it again as it is. What a great idea to make profit. Will never buy from this seller and this brand again, not trustworthy. Be warned, it is a lot trouble for me to carry the big heavy box in, open them up, lay the parts on the ground to assemble, then find the broken control panel, then put things back and reseal it, and carry this big heavy box out to return it. You can save your energy for something else by not making the mistake.
