no 'COOL HANDLE' as described
Should mention that when you boil water, the whole point of the product, ~ the handle if VERY HOT AND YOU CANNOT OPEN THE TAB THAT OPENS THE SPOUT TO ACTUALLY POUR THE BOILING WATER. The rubber handle should be on the WHOLE HANDLE , especially where your hand has to go to open the spout! pour design.The steam is HOT and BURNS! Also, kettle was not well made, flimsy. Returning.
