Im not sure what all the great reviews are for. While taking this i got sick twice, and in the summer at that. The second time i got sick , i got a viral sinus infection. Im still sick with it. This is the worst ive ever been sick in my entire life. Its going on 4 weeks now with tis sinus infection. I actually upped the dose of this vitamin c and it did absolutely nothing. I feel like there is alot of hype and placebo effect behind this pill. I started taking my regular store bought vitamin c a few days ago and actually feel the symptoms subsiding more. Maybe i got a bad batch but this did absolutely NOTHING for me. And i have a strong immune system and dont get sick that much.
