Ok system, service is CRAP!
Had an issue with my account. Called and got transferred multiple times. Not one person could give me an honest straight answer on how to resolve my issue. Terrible customer service, sending this back, along with cancelling everything else from Ring. Continue to have terrible customer service, and see how far it gets you.
