I have had this laundry sorter for 6 months now and I’m saddened to say that it WAS perfect and very durable, but it developed mildew on the inside of the bottoms of all three fabric bags. I’ve tried washing them multiple times and it won’t come out, and it also leads any damp clothes to also get mildew/mold and I have to throw them away. I believe it’s because the bags have some kind of water proof or water resistant lining and it isn’t allowing oxygen to breathe throughout the items once they’re in the bottom. For someone like me who doesn’t need to do laundry every single day and it sits for a few days or a week, this leads to mildew or mold. I’m contemplating throwing these bags out and trying to make or find some sort of replacement that will allow better air flow.
