I had great difficulty in using the SinuCleanse product and found the NeilMed NasaFlo Daily Nasal Hygiene to be vastly superior. The Neti pot that comes with the SinuCleanse has a very narrow spigot and it doesn't make a good seal with my nostril. As a result, I good deal of the solution frequently leaked out before going into my nose. I tried everything to fix it, including using vaseline on the tip. In contrast, the spigot on the Neti pot with the NeilMed system has a tapered end and it fits perfectly and snugly to my nostril, and their is no spillage whatsoever. I highly reccomend the NeilMed as an alternative to the SinuCleanse system.
