Updated: Belt broke, the thing has belt crap all over the place, spitting it over the rollers, pulleys and under neath side of the chrome lid that covers the motor. I told people this was a good first option, now i wish i hadn't. What a crock, no help links, no addresses, no phone # for the "lifetime" warranty. That's it. No way to contact them, at all. Has anyone tried complaining to Amazon regarding this? This isn't right. DONT BUY IT (unless you expect to throw it away, really soon) i used it ONCE for 4 weeks (1 week per grit, then it just sat because it wouldnt turn the barrels) now i know why.
