Anker has always been my go to brand for chargers but when I noticed that it didn’t come with a charging adapter I was a little miffed. I tried to charge out of the box the PowerCore bank via the USB-USB(C) cable and my desktop but it just won’t charge like they say it would after 20 hours. After more than a full day waiting patiently, I essentially gave up. Then I noticed some folks had to use the Anker 30W power adapter for $24 Amazon to get it to charge. Why? Should have been included if you ask me. That’s just gouging customers who purchase this product to spend more money after the fact. I think it’s a shameful business practice and erodes the relationship between Anker and its faithful customers. Sorry but that’s just terrible.
