I highly recommend saving your money and getting your kids an iPad Mini. This thing is worthless. I bought two for my kids thinking they would be great for summer vacation road trips. I excitedly pre-downloaded a bunch of books and apps for them in FreeTime the day before so they'd be ready to go once we hit the road. Great idea, right? Except once you leave the app, it "forgets" all your downloads and has to do each one again anytime you want to play or read it. What's the point of that? So their profiles are of no use unless we have wifi access. Really? I can't believe anyone in their right mind would put this out on the market, much less tout it as something great for kids. I'll be returning these and Amazon has lost a long time customer because of this. It's absolutely unacceptable. I would give zero stars if I could.
