I have owned this same crockpot for 15 years and loved it so much that I recently decided to purchase a second one. The quality has certainly declined since I bought my first one 15 years ago. Upon removing from packaging it seemed great until I used it for the first time! First time use the whole stainless steel outside collapsed in on one side after only being on low! I have just received a replacement one and praying this doesn’t happen again. I will update my review after first use of the replacement.
