Super disappointing. Our family cares about the environment and cares about what we ingest. That's why I went for these BPA free bottles even after reading the reviews. I initially bought the italian glass bottles , only 3 gallon ones, but as beautiful as they are, they are slippery and very, very heavy even for me. I work out at the gym and can lift full 5 gallon bottles. So we were uber careful with these plastic bottles and we bought 4. 3 have cracked in the last 3 months. I can't believe that the return policy is only for 30 days. Seriously...are the bottles only designed to last 30 days?!!! That makes them very expensive. Not sure what to do next. I guess BPA bottles are an option but not an option I like. Please comment back if you have found a solution or a way to contact the manufacturer. Thanks. P.S.
