I spent so much time researching the perfect chair…sigh…The instruction manual is garbage. The control pad is pretty useless. It only turns on & off, starts massaging, & goes into zero gravity. Some buttons beep & “work” but you cant tell a difference in what it’s doing. Some buttons don’t beep or work at all. Can’t adjust intensity. Can’t adjust width. Can’t adjust where you want the rollers to massage. Seems like there is only ONE setting. Bluetooth isn’t working. I had to look on here to find out what it was called and what the PIN code was. It’s supposedly AMY and 8888 is the pin. It showed up at first but now it’s no longer pulling up. Can only feel heat in left calf. I feel like I have been duped. Should have spent the money on a reputable name brand. I woke up with a bruised and very sore back! That’s not supposed to happen!
