I purchased this product one year ago and have used it 30-40 times since. It has always been used gently on a stable surface. Last week one of the pedals snapped off. I weigh approximately 170lbs and have used the machine for a total of 40hrs. I emailed the company and all they offered was a marginal discount on any other products I could order through them. The machine is currently broken beyond repair. Bottom line, I would not plan on purchasing this equipment again unless you do not plan on using the product for more than 6 months or are very lightweight.
