I'm sorry but I think most of the reviews on this product are fake! I returned mine because it does NOT work! If it sounds to good to be true, then it probably isn't. I have had chronic back pain, and chronic sciatica for a long time. Recently, my sciatica pain has gotten so bad to the point where I can't stand, or even walk for no longer than a few minutes. Being in so much pain, and desperate, I thought I would give this a try. Please take this to heart. This does not work for sciatica pain as the bottle says. It is not ANY different than over the counter creams. I actually thought if this cream doesn't work, I would try there pills. No, thank you! Iam so sad, and so disappointed that this cream gave me 0 relief. Please keep youre hard earned money, and DO NOT BUY THIS
