I bought a Garnet red Hugo Elite. This is the newest model currently available identified as Revision 5.2. The hand grips have a reflector molded into the end of the grip. When my order arrived one of the reflectors was cracked. I proceeded to address the issue as a warranty claim through the manufacturer, only to find out, after multiple attempts to get a replacement part, that they don't even have a data base for the Revision 5.2. In other words, they build the product, but can't provide replacement parts! The timeframe to return the item is past due, so that's not an option!
