Ok, so you're looking for arch support? This isn't for you. I am on my feet all day and own a pair of orthopedic shoes to begin with. The "arch" support in this insert literally feels like someone placed a small skipping stone in my shoe. It is a hard as a rock bump under my arches, painful, and my feet felt bruised by the end of Day 1. After 3 days, I couldn't take it anymore. The return process looked like a nightmare, so I tossed them in the garbage and purchased a more expensive insole by Superfeet. I guess you get what you pay for.
