Good for holding things together for sewing
It's not really strong, but if you only want it to hold things together for sewing, this is probably what you need. Based on ratings, I tried 4 different cloth adhesives. Bish's Original Tear Mender, E6000 in a silver tube, E6000 Fabric Fuse, and Beacon Fabric-Tac. Bish's was the best. After 48 hrs I couldn't pull the fabric apart unless I pulled hard on one edge. The E6000 was close, but not quite as good (but less expensive per once than Bish's). Third was the E6000 Fabric Fuse, which wasn't quite as good as the E6000. The Beacon Fabric-Tac wasn't even in the ball park, but I don't think it was meant to be that strong. I believe it's only supposed to keep things together so they can be sewn. Overall, if Bish's was a 10, E6000 would be a 9, and the Fabric Fuse an 8. Fabric-Tac would only be a 3-4.
