I like the features I.D. holder and a keyring. The Kevlar cord seems extremely durable and I like the carabiner style clip for the belt loop. However, I have had this key-back for 7 work days and the plastic housing has already come apart. I only have an I.D., 2 keys and a Thumb drive attached. I bought this item because of the 'heavy duty' claim and the fact that it was Proudly Made In The USA. Today when I extended the I.D. badge to enter a room, the plastic housing came apart, leaving the carabiner attached to my belt loop and the main retractable key reel portion came flying at my hand. That was quite disheartening, however, one of the other reasons I purchased this was because of the claim that this Key-Bak is protected by a "Lifetime Service Plan". I'm hoping to find that Key-Bak really 'Baks' their product and service plan. The attention of the company to this detail would raise my review from one star to 5 stars, as otherwise, this is an excellent product and 6 out of 7 days of my experience were excellent.
