I've had NOTHING but problems trying to make payments on this card, manage the card, etc, etc, etc, ever since Synchrony Bank took it over. My passwords fail to work every time I try to log on, they take it down during the day (most recently yesterday afternoon at 4:45PM eastern), resetting your password is a nightmare as the rules they state for password composition don't work. You can't make payments when you want to and you WILL be dinged even if it is THEIR PROBLEM. Trying to call their customer service is just as bad. You get stuck in the IVR forever and have to listen to message after message before you get to a point where it will let you get to an actual person.
