Bought this as the main present for my 3 year old for Christmas from 'Santa'. Now he'd like to know why Santa gave him a car that *didn't last a single week*, and how we send it back to the North Pole. It is built OK, not bad to put together, but it won't go into reverse any more after < 5 hours of light play. This has been in the living room and in our driveway, it's not like he took it offroading. Buy something from a different company - we've had several used Power Wheels that worked 10x longer than this because they were built by a reputable brand. In the laborious process of returning it now, i will say the company is being pleasant, probably because they are dealing with hundreds of post-Christmas returns from angry parents.
