Not sure what happened but these towels used to be so much better! The first batch I ordered a few months ago were soft, fluffy and amazing. This most recent batch was clearly made by a different manufacturer and they do not seem Turkish to me. As you can see from the photos, the seams do not match up between newer version on left and older on right. This company lacks quality consistency and I will be returning the two sets I just bought. I guess you can maybe chalk it up to COVID-19 manufacturing disruptions. But still, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
