I really like the sturdiness and overall design of this desk, but after one week the motor wouldn't move up and would only go down an inch then display an error code. I've tried contacting the manufacturer a couple times with no success, so I unfortunately have to return to find a more reliable standing desk. I would not recommend buying this product, due to the overall weight and inconvenience of trying to figure out how to ship it safely back to the warehouse. UPDATE: 5/1/2019 Customer care contacted me, and we have been corresponding since Thursday 4/25/2019. They were able to send me a replacement frame on Monday 4/29/2019 (despite my opting for a complete desk replacement). I installed the new frame, and the problem with the desk still exists. I've been corresponding with the customer service rep for the last couple days, on a proper solution, and I'm officially giving up. This has been the most long/drawn out process on trying to get a working desk. Unfortunately, I cannot change my review of this desk.
