After a long call with Anchor Hocking, this product has been discontinued a while ago, so there IS NO WARRANTY. They even alluded to the fact that it ma y be counterfeit because Amazon is not an authorized distributor. After using mine for a few months, I couldn't figure out why things were getting stale; compared to a Pyrex one. The lid never seemed to lock on tight either. After looking at it more closely, I noticed that the non-handle sides were bowed in. One side really bad (maybe 1/8"), and the other somewhat. The sides with the handles are "pushed out" somewhat, not being straight either. I'll update this after contacting Anchor. BUY PYREX INSTEAD!
