The downloads and offline viewing were my reason for getting this app, but it NEVER works! Itsvgreat on an iPhone, but on the Kindle its AWFUL! You download movies and the second you disconnect from your WiFi, they all disappear. There's a message that pops up "content was deleted in System settings or by the OS." I've checked settings everywhere theres nothing. Its just a crappy, nonfunctioning app. Come on Disney, people use devices besides apple. Spend a little time making the app work for android and kindle users too! The app is fine when you're online, but the second you go off its a nightmare. If its not fixed soon, I don't know if this app is worth keeping and paying for monthly. I DO NOT recommend paying for the subscription and downloading the app if you only plan on using it with Android\kindle devices,its not worth the hassle and you'll waste so much time trying to make it work when it wont. Its apparent that Disney doesn't care either cause I've seen posts and comments for months about this problem and Disney has done exactly nothing to correct it.
