Update - 7/27/21: I am once again experiencing mold growth on this product. I do not have mold anywhere else in my house and the bedding is always completely dry before putting it on. I’m at a loss as to what to do about this. I am hoping the company sees this and reaches out for customer support as I am not sure how to get in contact with them. I ordered the 3 inch pad about 6 months ago and it appears to be growing mold. I keep waking up with allergies. I would like to find out how to either get a refund or replacement. Thank you.
