The concept is great, but its execution is poor due to the links being low quality materials. I purchased the band in silver about two months ago and have been wearing my Fitbit daily. I noticed discoloration on my wrist after about a month and saw the coating on the back side began rubbing off. It's gotten progressively worse and has also begun rubbing off on the top off the band. What I liked about the band: - Quick and easy to adjust - It dresses up your Fitbit - I've received many compliments on the accessory - It doesn't look like a Fitbit - People have had to ask if I was wearing a Fitbit What I disliked about the band: - It slides around on your wrist because the Fitbit is heavy - It can be uncomfortable when working out because it is metal and can pinch - Discoloration of the band itself - silver was just plating over a bronze colored material Edit: Senyoo customer service reached out quickly after I posted my review. Senyoo offered to replace my band or refund my purchase. I chose to get a replacement band because I think the band is really cute. I received the replacement band quickly and immediately noticed the packaging was different. It was higher quality and the band was shipped in secure foam padding. It's questionable if I was sent the same style because the replacement has a shiny finish whereas the old band was more of a brushed stainless steel. I preferred the brushed look, but overall I'm pleased with the replacement and the customer service I received. Time will tell if the finish will wear off like the old one.
