I would give this a zero, but I can't. It was a great unit until it stopped working about 11 months into use. The manufacturer (Della) will not respond to emails or messages and has actually blocked us on social media despite only politely asking for assistance. Amazon will not refund, OneBigOutlet says they can't help and Della ignores any request to contact them. We will not be doing business with OneBigOutlet and Della in future. This is completely unprofessional.
