I received my charger and was happy with the packaging and the quick shipping. I received a USB to micro USB cable to charge the unit; however the USB side was rusted or corroded so I decided not to ruin my wall plugs by using the defective cord and instead used one of my many micro USB plugs. The unit charged well and worked appropriately the first time. The second time I tried to use it (within the first week) it only charged the watch 3% and then died. I attempted to recharge and it was unresponsive. The unit would no longer charge or turn on. After contacting the seller with the above information, Instead of being proactive about replacin the clearly defective unit, the seller chose to blame Amazon for causing it to be defective based on the damaged USB cord (which was irrelevant as it was never used with the product). The seller referred me to Amazon to return. As a result, I will be returning the product with all included accessories to Amazon and will not be re-purchasing this item nor anything else from this seller. I have found a different type of charger and have ordered that as a replacement and hope it will be more functional. Very disappointed in the product and lack of service
