The first one that came didn’t work, customer service was great and item was replaced quickly. The maker doesn’t seem to be cold enough to make hard ice. It’s very white and sticks together. Melting quickly in drinks. That being said it’s working okay, I had never had one before so maybe that’s just how they are.
