Had this pan 7 months now and all of a sudden everything is sticking like glue. Contacted Tristar Products and they want a money order for $14.99 plus the pan back (at my cost). I don't think I should have to pay for an issue covered by the warranty...Horrible costumer service. I've attached pictures. 1 of the egg barely cooked and tried to move it and the other after the pan soaked for hours...
