Update: 4/25/2021: After the initial contact from the seller who said they would refund my money if I retracted my one star review, and I said no, they still haven't refunded my money. Update: 1/18/2021: They still haven't refunded my money because I wouldn't retract this one star review. Update 12/8/2020: After three months, the owner finally got back with me telling me they will refund my money if I remove the rating. They deserve negative stars for this type of unethical conduct. I reported them to Amazon to no avail. This is still under warranty! Refund my money or ship me a new one! The on-off switch stays in the on position unless you hold it in the off position for a few seconds. It might slip back to on because it stopped snapping in place but it broke 20 days outside of the return window. It indicates there's a one-year warranty but I'm finding it difficult to locate a way to contact them.
