Lousy wifi! My router is 20 feet from it and it still indicates a bad signal yet I stand below it with my Ipad and have a high signal. Not that great a picture and the motion detection is great if your 5 ft away from it otherwise it picks up nothing regardless of how it is set. The voice is full of static and cuts in and out. Update! After purchasing the best wifi router money can buy I solved the connection issues. I have been able to set the motion sensitivity so that it fits my mounting location. Two days ago I lost the night vision and contacted ring, If course I knew the answer. Reset it! Thats getting out an 8ft ladder and taking it off the house. I did that and to my surprise after it reset it tells me the firmware needs update. That took over 20 mins and interestingly enough I got an email during the process telling me the battery was low! Really! It was at 99% when I brought it in the house and solar powered so how is that possible? The night vision is back working and fingers are crossed waiting for the next shoe to drop. I will not be climbing up and down a ladder in the dead of winter if it loses the night vision again.
