Motor shaft is not true, leading to off center "run-out" making it useless for anything. Just got it today, and wasted my time ordering it. Needed to replace my die-hard dremel tool, and was about to push the "buy" button when this one caught my eye at a crazy-low price. Decided to take a chance. Opened the box, took it out, installed a bit and turned it on, could see immediately that there was major "run-out" of the shaft. Thought it might be that the collet was off center so tried different collets. It wasn't the collets, or the bits. The motor shaft is out of true and this cannot be fixed. Mine is wothless; don't waste your time. Just tried to return it and found that Amazon says "this item is not eligible for return". First, I got mad, then I called Amazon Customer Service who processed a refund for me quickly and without issue; they just don't want the tool back, and suggest I keep it, donate it, or dispose of it. If you get one that works, that's great. Enjoy it; but, this was my experience.
