First off - I had a good experience with this product. It came, I built it and enjoyed it. The real problem is the wicker/rattan doesn't hold up. The product is now close to 9 months old and it has disintegrated. The first thing to go was the coffee table (the pics are coming). I requested from the seller to provide the phone number of the manufacturer and will not give it to me. The seller has their guard up on this issue which tells me they have had multiple issues. I have bought a lot of items on amazon and this is by far the worst experience I have had to date. Amazon wasn't a help at all on this either. FYI...I bought this for 800.00 and it's now 200.00 less. Shame!
