Support doesn't seem to exist. Actually, I'd give the product at least 4 stars if I could register (anseldirect.com won't let me and can't email me a code), if I could download updates for the device (the web site won't let me - tried two browsers), and if I could read the user's manual without a magnifying glass (about 4 point type rather than 10-12 point used by others). I think the product probably works okay, but you'll have to figure it out for yourself and live without updates (if you have an older car, that may be okay). I wouldn't buy it again based solely on the lack of support.
