I purchased thinking that I was purchasing what was in the advertised picture, it is not. This item they are selling is definitely not worth the money. I tried to return it in this pandemic, the store indicated to me that it was outside the return window. I told them according to amazon it was not. Stay away from this company if you don’t want to deal with what I am dealing with. Bottom line I did everything I could to make the palms look good. The base broke off , as I noted another customer had mentioned. I tried to be nice , and tell this company that all I wanted was my money back , and we are done. With Covid 19 going on complete disregard for customers concerns. They also breached amazons terms and agreements.
