This item was delivered to me on Dec 09, 2017. Worked great for a whole 2 months and 1 week, before smoking up my whole kitchen. The error code is h98. I tried calling panasonic with the phone number that Amazon gives you, just to be told that I needed to go to panasonic.com and pick a service location near me. Evidently there is not one within 300 miles, so they then tell you to open a chat session, which is open from Mon thru Fri, 8am to 5pm EST. It is currently 3:04 CST. Chat session never opens. WHAT A JOKE!!! NEVER BUY PANASONIC!!!!! Will try to contact Amazon, they've been great to me, over my 7 or so years being a customer.
