Took away three stars for the following reasons: 1. It's really easy for these drawers to slip out. The lip that catches the drawer is too far forward, or it lacks a lip on the bottom. If you pull the drawer straight out or with the slightest bit of upward angle, the bottom will slip out and the drawer will fall. You have to be careful when opening the drawer. 2. The drawers can slide out on their own very easily. If you set this on a work surface that will be subject to vibrations or slight movements, these drawers will start slipping out. It's best to put a couple of wedges on the bottom to slightly tilt the unit back to avoid this problem. 3. It only comes with 8 small divider tabs, and 4 large ones. The large ones are completely useless since this has no larger drawers, and 8 small dividers are not enough. What's more is they are molded into the black frame, which requires you to cut them out and then shave down the plastic edge so it doesn't catch when you pull the drawer out. Strange that they didn't just include a pack of the normal drawer dividers in one of the drawers. 4. This is also the type of plastic that does NOT accept adhesives very well, so these drawers cannot be easily cataloged. Typical printing or mailing labels will not stick effectively, and even high adhesive masking tape does not stick to these very well. Expect to have peeling labels after a short period of time. For the price you pay for this thing, it should either come with more divider tabs, or the drawers should stay in place and not be so easy to accidentally pull out all the way.
