Bought based on reviews and value and was duped. This stuff is absolute garbage, This is my only review ever on Amazon over many years -- just trying to protect others from my mistake. Wire just falls apart, other reviewers say it's aluminum, which now makes sense. When working with the bare ends of the wire, a significant amount if it just falls off, leaving tiny wire shards. Working with meaning stripping the insulation or putting in/out of a binding post, even twisting. Not suitable for any application I can think of. Spend a few bucks more and something of better quality like Monoprice. No idea where the positive reviews of this product are coming from.
