If I could give this product negative stars I would give it - 4! This product did not do as the label described. First off the glue was not really thick I applied three layers let them turn clear after each application finally I applied my hair and blow dried on the cool setting, then wrapped my hair down for thirty minutes!!!! Upon removing head wrap everything seemed fine not long after hair started to come up and slide off! I’ve tried different methods to this... I’ve tried 2 layers, 3 layers, and 4 this is the worst glue I’ve used. Imagine thinking your hair is secure then leaving for work only to have it sliding off your head or the lace lifting completely up and people seeing it. That’s embarrassing!!!! I reached out to the seller and have been totally ignored!! No customer service skills at all with this company. I’ve had bold hold many times before and this isn’t it!!!Lesson learned though if it’s not sold through Amazon more than likely it isn’t right. And at least they try to do right by you when they mess up!!!
