I opened this product 10 minutes ago. I opened the Instruction Manual that came with it. The first words I saw were, "Do not put foot spa materials (such as wormwood, rose petals, salt bags, etc.) into the water tank." I'm not even sure who uses those items but I use epsom salts with salt and baking soda and essential oils all the time. I went back to the online information that I read before I purchased the spa and I see nothing. I don't know anyone who doesn't put "spa materials" into a foot spa for soaking. It is being returned. Thanks a lot for hiding the ball. Of course there is no contact information.
