Minor damage from poor packaging by company. Product box had a dent which resulted in the top corner being dented. Packaging of items inside the microwave was poor and cooking items got scuffed up. After unpacking everything I kept looking for the user manual. I looked under the unit, inside, the sides, and back. Nothing! The unit seemed easy enough to figure out, so I shrugged it off and decided to test out the features. Microwaves good. It's nice and quiet. The glass is very very dark, so don't expect to look at your food inside. I already expected this from the other views. Then I decided to test out the air fryer... about 2 minutes in, I smelled something burning. I opened it up and there was some smoke coming out. I looked inside to see what could be the cause and I see the user manual wedged in between the top burner and the roof of the microwave. Wow! Not exactly the best place to put it people. 🤦‍♀️ Anyhow, I cannot give a complete review of this item because I've only had it for 3 hours and nearly burned my house down. Happy shopping everybody.
